Yoga for all

We offer classes that provide an opportunity for all people to experience Yoga, whether you are a beginner, an experienced practitioner, or somewhere in between.
You can choose between private lessons, small sized group classes (up to 10 persons) or a combination of the two.
Every session is tailored to suit your needs, goals, capabilities and life circumstances.

Duration

Each lesson lasts around 2 hours and includes:
