In the issue of January, we do “Yoga in the morning at home”!

Many people’s working hours no longer allow them to watch yoga classes either in the morning or in the afternoon. A very good solution in this case is some yoga exercises when we wake up before we leave for our work. They will help to activate the body and the mind and will fill our energy for the whole day. In this case a good warm up with five sunbathing greetings would help the body warm up immediately so we can do our exercises without the risk of injury.
