Yoga for alignment-February 2019 Vita issue

In the February issue of Vita, we do yoga for alignment! One of the consequences of the modern way of life is the lack of physical alignment. What does this mean; Sedentary life, constant contact with screens, daily stress and sadness greatly affect the attitude of our body. Common symptoms are the shoulder or slightly raised shoulders, the closed chest, the anterior projection of the pelvis creating and the lordosis and, of course, the projection of the head forward with a heavy burden on the neck. The practice of yoga comes to give relief to all of this and to correct them. Thus, yoga manages to relieve us from the pains that this lack of alignment creates.
